The KPMG NZ Design Team were tasked to update and relaunch the Career Mobility intranet page by increasing business engagement and awareness about what career mobility looks like for KPMG employees.
To explain what career mobility looks like in KPMG, video testimonials were filmed through different employees’ experiences with global/internal mobility, remote/virtual working opportunities, and upskilling into career growth opportunities.
